Day 69: HK Stock Exchange

Oh how the Stock exchange disappointed me. I anticipated people scrabbling around or making frantic phone calls. But in reality, the stock exchange floor in HK involves middle age brokers napping, reading the newspaper, taking on their cell phone, all at their tiny desk (no bigger than the chair they sit in). I felt like I was visiting a retirement home.. only difference, the computer was a bit out of place.

Sad: Didn’t let me take pictures of the exchange floor. Oh, how i wanted to document the (lack of) excitement.
